We now know that the IRS has operated from an ideological slant that belies the rule-of-law and this administration is also conducting a set of cover ups for many other scandals such as Benghazi, the AP/leaks phone records seizures, the ‘Extortion 17’ investigation, Fast and Furious, illegal NLRB appointments, the ‘Pigford’ law suit, Obama Care, the Syria debacle, and much more.

It is now clear that the Obama Administration has been using federal agencies and selective enforcement of law as their own tool box for personal and political gain.

On many levels, our way of life has changed, maybe for good, especially when Obama has turned the CIA into his own hit squad with his personal “kill-list” while ignoring the clear danger signals and serious threats arising all over the world. As he leads from behind he sets America back – we cannot tolerate this any longer. “Red Lines” have been crossed!

He is blatantly hiding in plain sight, continually deflecting Americans’ focus, and extracting power to his own ends. His words and actions are meant to deceive and destroy, and he demagogues those who disagree. His never ending campaigning to raise taxes and strip us of our 2nd Amendment rights goes on unchecked, and he continually avoids giving truthful answers on so many fronts. More staggering is that over seven months have passed since Benghazi and the President is still taking a pass and sticking to their talking points, obfuscation, deflections with a blatant disregard for honesty and critical leadership.

With your help, SUA can continue to help expose this tragic and blatant undermining of our military, our governmental system and our nation’s fabric and ethics. Where has the common sense in this country gone?  People don’t trust the media, yet when the media says something, the people react, instead of first thinking about what is going on.  So it is with Angelina Jolie and the whole I-removed-my-breasts-because-I-MIGHT-get-cancer business.  The recently released film, Peddling Influence, discusses who uses the media, including the pharmaceutical industry.

While, technically NOT the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industry and pharmaceutical businesses scratch each other’s backs and promote and protect each other, even to the detriment of the patients they both so diligently say they are in business to help.  And, as covered in Peddling Influence, media uses spokesmen and women familiar to the public, often times politicians, actors and actresses, or athletes, to sell their wares and ideas.

Given this bit of information, who better to scare the public into mutilating themselves without cause than Jolie?  After all, she appeals to EVERYONE…men love her and women wish they looked like her…heck, I’ve even heard women say they’d “do her.”  She is the perfect go-to person for something as outlandish as surgically removing perfectly healthy tissue from your body!

Jolie’s “heartfelt” explanation of why she chose the double mastectomy route is classic.  She used concern for her children and the desire to be with them for as long as she can, plus the ever-woman-empowering “my body, my choice” declarations to push the hype.  Mike Adams, of Natural News, calls all of this out as just what it appears to be, a VERY clever PR campaign by a company bent on securing profits.

There are a couple of things, though, that nearly everyone has missed.  This part takes common sense, which seems to be sorely lacking these days.

First, in Jolie’s op-ed, she cites the WHO statistic that 458,000 people die of breast cancer each year.  According to the US government’s Census site, the world’s population is over 7 Billion.  If you do the math, you will find that a mere .0065 PERCENT (YES!  FAR less than 1%!!!) of the world’s population dies from breast cancer.  Lets just ramp this up a bit. Make it “look” better for them.

The WHO Cancer Fact Sheet tells us that in 2008, 7.6 Million deaths were attributed to all cancers.  Going with the WHO reported figure for breast cancer deaths and the same for ALL cancer deaths, this would mean that breast cancer is responsible for only 6% of all cancer related deaths.  Is this really enough to scare people into such drastic procedures?

Second, Jolie did not have cancer.  Yes, her mother died from cancer, but does that automatically mean she will get it?  Also, there are many studies in preventative measures.  PLUS, and this one is the kicker for me, she has so much money that she literally could have ANY TREATMENT SHE WANTED, should she actually GET cancer, unlike the rest of us.

Should she actually get cancer, she could have her breasts removed, if she decided that was the thing to do.  OR, she could visit the Burzynski Clinic in Texas, try the all natural Gerson Therapy, she could go to Mexico for the Hoxsey treatment, she could follow the inspiring guidelines revealed in the wonderful film Forks Over Knives,  The point is, she did not have to mutilate herself and go public, thereby pushing people everywhere to even consider the same course of action, because she has this gene marker.

The point is, there are preventative options if you find you have the potential for the disease and there are alternative options for cancer treatment.  AND, given what I know from my research for Peddling Influence, about how the Public Relations industry works and how big business manipulates the population through the mainstream media purely for profit, it’s no surprise to me that this is playing out as a master ploy to get people to consider destroying healthy tissue in the name of prevention.

Why?  Follow the money!  There is WAY more money in diagnosing and performing the procedure than there is in simple natural prevention.  Just sayin’!

Anti-pesticide activists falsely blame new pesticides for bee colony problems

Chemophobic anti-pesticide groups are at it again. This time they’re attacking a widely used and safe new insecticide, but their assertions and real agendas are nothing new.

Radical environmentalism rose to ascendancy on opposition to pesticides, specifically DDT. “If the environmentalists win on DDT,” Environmental Defense Fund scientist Charles Wurster told the Seattle Times in 1969, “they will achieve a level of authority they have never had before.” Using Rachel Carson’s often inaccurate book Silent Spring to drive a nasty campaign, they succeeded in getting the Environmental Protection Agency to ban US production and use of DDT in 1972, leading to a de facto global ban even to combat malaria.

Trumpeting illusory or manufactured dangers of DDT and callously indifferent to the deaths of millions from this horrible disease, radical greens still battle its use, even to spray only the inside walls of primitive homes to keep most mosquitoes out, and keep those that do enter from infecting people.

Attacking a new class of insecticides for equally spurious reasons is thus no big deal, even if the chemicals are safe and vital for modern agriculture. Their real goal is to raise more money and acquire more power. As Saul Alinsky taught, they have picked their new target, personalized and polarized it, and attacked it relentlessly.

The target now is a widely used new class of safe pesticides – neonicotinoids – that Beyond Pesticides, Pesticide Action Network, Sierra Club and other “socially responsible” groups are blaming for bee population declines in various countries. But the real danger is a phenomenon called “colony collapse disorder,” which poses a serious threat to bees, crop pollination, flowers and food crops in many areas.

CCD and other bee die-offs are not new. What we now call colony collapse was first reported in 1869, and many outbreaks since then have turned scientists into Sherlock Holmes detectives, seeking explanations and solutions to this mysterious and scary-sounding problem. Fungi, parasitic mites and other possible suspects have been implicated, but none has yet been arrested or convicted.

That’s created a perfect Petri dish for anti-pesticide groups. They’re pressuring the United States and other countries to banneonic pesticides, by blaming them for bee population declines. Their fear-mongering assertions are pure conjecture, but that hasn’t stopped activists – or news outlets – from promoting frightening stories implicating the chemicals.

“Neonics” are derived from naturally-occurring nicotine plant compounds and have been hailed as a low-toxicity pest treatment. They are often applied to seeds or on soils during planting, become part of the plants’ physiology, and work by giving treated plants internal defenses against invasive pests. That means neonics are toxic only to insects that feed on crops, which dramatically reduces the need to spray entire fields with other, less safe pesticides. It also curtails risks to farm workers and beneficial insects.

Claims that these insecticides could kill bees appear plausible at first blush, and laboratory studies have shown that high doses can affect bees in minor ways. However, doses that bees receive in lab studies “are far above what a realistic field dose exposure would be,” says Dr. Cynthia Scott-Dupree, environmental biology professor at the University of Guelph. The difference is akin to an 81 mg aspirin tablet versus a full bottle of 200 mg tablets, or light rainfall on a bee versus throwing it into a bucket of water.

Scott-Dupree helped coordinate a Canadian field study that compared hives exposed to neonics to those that weren’t exposed – and found no difference in colony health between the two groups. Another study by Britain’s Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs reached the same conclusion.

The DEFRA evaluation of studies purporting to link neonics to bee harm found that the lab work was conducted under extreme scenarios which would not occur under real-world conditions. “Risk to bee populations from neonicotinoids, as they are currently used, is low,” the scientists concluded.

That’s hardly surprising. Plant tissues contain only tiny amounts of neonics, bees are not feeding on the plants, and pollen contains barely detectable neonic levels.

Nevertheless, several beekeepers and activist groups have sued the Environmental Protection Agency, demanding that EPA immediately ban all neonicotinoids.

The lawsuit is not merely ill advised. By blaming pesticides, activists are ignoring – and deflecting attention from – a very real and serious threat to bees. The aptly named parasitic mite “Varroa destructor” threatens honeybees directly, while spreading and activating previously dormant or harmless bee viruses, which then become dangerous.  The mites are not easy to eradicate.

“You can imagine how hard it is to kill a bug on a bug,” says John Miller, President of the California State Beekeepers Association, and sometimes the cure is worse than the disease. Treating Varroa requires insecticides that can be toxic to bees at levels high enough to be effective. Well-intentioned apiarists trying to combat Varroa can accidentally overdose hives withmiticides.

Various neonicotinoids are widely used in Canada to protect its vast canola fields, and Canadian bee populations are thriving, notes science writer Jon Entine. Varroa-free Australia is likewise one of the world’s prime users of these pesticides, and its bee colonies are among the planet’s healthiest. By contrast, bee populations have been severely impacted by Varroa mites in areas of Switzerland where neonics are not used.

Multiple studies point to still other factors that explain why bees are struggling. They include bees developing resistance to antibiotics, funguses like Nosema, multiple bee viruses and parasites, bacterial infections like foulbrood, exposure to commonly used organophosphates, bee habitat loss, and even long-term bee inbreeding and resultant lack of genetic diversity.

Activists aren’t asking for investigation into these problems – which calls their science, sincerity and integrity into question. Their track record on DDT and malaria underscores this modus operandi. The activists get money, publicity, power and phony solutions – and end up hurting the very things (bees and people) they profess to care so much about.

Right now, no one knows why bees aren’t thriving. Studies have shown that neonicotinoids are innocent, and reflexive bans will harm farmers, whose crop yields will fall; consumers, whose food bills will rise and food safety will decline; and environmental values, as older, more toxic insecticides will have to be reintroduced to protect crops. The detective work needs to continue, until real answers are found.

The prudent, precautionary approach would be to avoid eliminating vital, low-toxicity neonicotinoids, while continuing to study their potential effects on bees, and other potential causes of die-offs and colony collapses. Right now we don’t have an equally low substitute for neonics. Sound, replicable science – not pressure group politics – must underpin all pesticide policies, or the unintended consequences will be serious, far-reaching, and potentially devastating to agriculture and food supplies.

We need to let science do its job, not jump to conclusions or short-circuit the process, as the media did in accusing Richard Jewell of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing.

This time – as always – we need answers, not scapegoats.

Among the greatest liars on Earth today is the international organization called Friends of the Earth (FOE). It has engaged in the most scurrilous fear-mongering for decades, along with Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, and the World Wildlife Fund, while all the time they pulled in billions in funding.

In May 2012, the Daily Caller noted that “The Congressional Research Service estimates that since 2008 the federal government has spent nearly $70 billion on ‘climate change activities.’” The leading critic in Congress, Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) asked at the time, “Which would you rather have? Would you rather spend $4 billion on Air Force base solar panels, or would you rather have 28 new F-22s or 30 F-25s or modernized C-130s?”

“Would you rather have $64.8 billion spent on pointless global warming efforts or would you rather have more funds put toward modernizing our fleet of ships, aircraft and ground vehicles to improve the safety of our troops and help defend the nation against the legitimate threats that we face?’

On May 9^th, I received an email from Friends of the Earth that repeated all the lies we have heard for years. Painting with a very broad brush that completely ignores the fact that the U.S. climate has always had highs and lows of temperature, FOE complained that “Last year the U.S. experienced record-breaking weather all over the country. But, the nightly news programs on ABC, CBS, and NBC barely talked about what was fueling this extreme weather—climate change.”

What FOE failed to mention was a record that was set in 2012-13; as of May, according to the National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration, the U.S. had its longest stretch in recorded history—2,750 days—without a major hurricane landfall. The many claims of “extreme” weather are classic fear-mongering. I might also add that, according to the National Interagency Fire Center, the number of wildfires is at a ten-year low. Glaciers are not melting and seas are not rising, unless a millimeter or two worries you.

“Climate change” is the replacement name for “global warming.”  Climate is measured in centuries. The weather is whatever is happening anywhere in the nation on any given day. Around the world, however, there has been a significant increase in cold weather and many are still waiting for spring to arrive.

Typical of the hyperbole that is representative of the lies we have heard from so-called environmental organizations, FOE fumed that “the nightly news programs at the major broadcast networks have largely ignored what is fueling this extreme weather—climate change.”

Citing a Media Matters for America study, FOE noted that “ABC’s nightly news program did only one segment about climate change last year. Meanwhile NBC’s news show did only four and CBS just seven segments to this critical issue.” Perhaps this is because these notably liberal news organizations have concluded it is not a critical issue?

It gets better, FOE was angry, saying “What’s almost worse is that when these networks have covered global warming, they have often treated climate change as a ‘two-sided debate’ rather than what it really is; an issue in which there is overwhelming scientific consensus.”

These are people who do not want to have a debate because, based on the facts, they would lose. As for scientific consensus regarding either global warming or climate change, there is NONE. If anything, leading scientists around the world have been debunking global warming now for years.

One of the leading think tanks in the effort to end the global warming hoax has been The Heartland Institute. It has sponsored several international conferences in which scientists and others have offered papers and addressed the topic. I recommend you subscribe to its national monthly, Environmental & ClimateNews. Its Managing Editor, James M. Taylor, J.D., provides the latest information on the environmental organizations greatest villain, carbon dioxide (CO2).

Two recent dispatches by Taylor noted in one that “Climate models supporting predictions of rapid global warming during the next century have performed miserably predicting global temperatures during the past two decades”, citing a comparison of computer model predictions and real-world temperatures by climate scientist Roy W. Spencer.

In another, Taylor noted that “New data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration show atmospheric carbon dioxide levels continue to rise, but global temperatures are not following suit. The new data undercut assertions that atmospheric carbon dioxide is causing a global warming crisis.”

Undismayed by the facts, FOE could only cite the taxpayer-funded PBS News Hour that “devoted 23 segments to covering climate change.” When the President is telling everyone that the climate is the greatest threat to the nation, PBS bureaucrats who know where the money comes from can be depended upon to broadcast his lies.

Ironically, the Wall Street Journal published an opinion by Harrison H. Schmitt and William Happer on the same day the FOE email arrived. It was titled “In Defense of Carbon Dioxide.” Schmitt was an Apollo 17 astronaut and a former U.S. Senator from New Mexico. He is an adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Happer is a professor of physics at Princeton University and a former director of the office of energy research at the U.S. Department of Energy.

“The cessation of observed global warming for the past decade or so has shown how exaggerated NASA’s and most other computer predictions of human-caused warming have been—and how little correlation warming has with concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide.”

No wonder FOE is upset that even the mainstream media networks no longer want to report on a global warming that does not exist. There’s real science and there’s the fulminations and lies of Friends of the Earth.

Voice of America – As many as 2262 U.S. and Allied troops combined have been killed on the Obama watch as well as thousands maimed vs 1049 during the Bush Administration.

2221 U.S and Allied troops have been killed to date on this President’s watch with and increasing number daily and the question still remains:

“What’s the President’s real feelings toward the military?”

His actions have always proven to reflect his attitude since he won the whitehouse.

Obama creates imaginary statements of non-truth without a reason just as he creates imaginary characters in his books and videos and perhaps in his life.

His lack of knowledge about the country that he runs and a military of volunteers willing to defend the borders for this country confuses him.

Think about the elementary schools he attended. He never learned the United States as a subject nor a thought process.

His attitude about the overall budget when it comes to military spending and his determination to forget former soviet held blocks through rejection of new missile defense programs demonstrates his inexperience.

His disdain for the military is an emotional reaction to knowing that we, the United States, have some truly bad asses like SEAL Team 6 who make him look irrevelant in the world of protection, analytics and determination along with a group of patriots that challenge his willingness to defend this country.

Ambassador Stevens Dragged from the Consulate

On September 11, 2012, the eleventh anniversary of the 9-11-01 terror attacks on the U.S., the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya was attacked resulting in the death of four U.S. Citizens, including the capture, brutal rape and murder of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.

This brief is prepared on the basis of official cable communications between the Benghazi Consulate and numerous members of the Obama Administration including Secretary of State Clinton and numerous undersecretaries, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice and the White House.

These noted cable communications throughout this editorial and those un-included were sent during the time frame of September 2011 through the date of the attacks in September 2012.

The cables evidence a yearlong concerted effort by U.S. officials in Benghazi to report increasing terror threats and gain additional security for the Benghazi Embassy and our foreign diplomats.

Among other significant items, the documents at the core of this summary demonstrate the following for you to decide:

1.) In August of 2011 – President Obama’s Administration acted without congressional oversight or authority to destabilize the Middle East and topple foreign governments, in this report, Libya, interrupting all economic, agricultural and energy supply lines in the entire region and causing widespread civil unrest.

2.) The unprovoked deposing of the Gadhafi government in Libya resulted in the closing of the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli and the establishment of a temporary consulate in Benghazi, which did not at any time, seem to meet standard security protocol.

3.) Following the fall of the Gadhafi government, the Administration allowed alleged foreign terrorists from Somalia, Pakistan, Iraq and other neighboring states to enter Libya, recruit, train and deploy Al Qaeda terrorists within local militia groups, armed with both small and large shoulder-fired weapons, some supplied by the Administration.

4.) That the Obama Administration allowed the Muslim Brotherhood in control of Libya, and known terror Libyan group Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) in control of the Libyan Military and militias operating in Tripoli, which had been shut down under Gadhafi as a known affiliate of Al Qaeda.

5.) That beginning in September of 2011, approximately one year before the September 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. Embassies, officials in Benghazi started alerting the Obama Administration officials that there was a rising organized terror threat targeting U.S. interests that required additional security at the Benghazi installation.

6.) That before March of 2012, Benghazi was requesting at least 5 more security agents. That despite numerous reports of increasing terror threats and pleas for additional security at the Benghazi compound, the Obama Administration apparently refused additional security and reduced security at the Benghazi installation. Warnings of organized terror threats had become critical, supported by U.S. Intelligence by June and July 2012.

7.) That before June and July of 2012, pleas for additional security under a deteriorating situation on the ground in Libya had become shrill. Yet, the Benghazi compound was left to rely only upon local Libyan militia groups for compound security. The same militia groups that included members of known terror organizations, specifically including Islamic Maghreb and Al Qaeda operatives, as reported to the Obama Administration by consulate officials on numerous occasions.

That by August 2012, the situation had become critical, causing Ambassador Chris Stevens to issue yet another plea for immediate increased security to protect American diplomats in Benghazi, which was once again ignored by the Obama White House and State Department. Benghazi officials started copying numerous Obama agencies in on the cables, in search of someone who would listen.

9.) That on September 4, 2012, seven days before the deadly attacks on the Benghazi consulate, Ambassador Stevens issued a MAXIMUM ALERT to the Obama Administration agencies concerning the imminent threat of terror attacks coming from inside the new Libyan government, military, police and the same militia groups they were forced to rely upon for consulate security.

10.) That the Obama Administration had been warned for twelve months in advance that the situation in Libya was deteriorating to the degree that those officials in Benghazi no longer felt safe and desperately needed additional security. Pleas that Obama officials denied repeatedly all the way up to days before the attacks.

11.) That the cables demonstrate in part that the Obama Administration knew that there was an increasing threat, that it was an organized terrorists threat, that it was planned in advance, that it was well funded and armed in part by the U.S. State Department, that the consulate was a sitting duck with inadequate security falling well below standard security protocol and that the events of September, 2012 had apparently nothing to do with an obscure YouTube video.

That the Obama Administration allegedly failed to react to repeated warnings all the way up to the day of the attacks, and that even as those cables were pouring into administration officials begging for help, administration officials were knowingly creating a cover story concerning an obscure YouTube video in an effort to escape responsibility for the deaths of American officials.

13.) That on the day of the 2012 Embassy attacks, additional warnings were pouring in from installations in Tripoli and other places, while Ambassador Stevens was being beaten, raped, murdered and dragged through the streets of Libya.

14.) That the cables prove that the Obama Administration may be directly and criminally responsible for the events that unfolded on the eleventh anniversary of 9-11-01 and that they took specific actions to leave the Benghazi consulate vulnerable, and then created a cover story in an effort to escape administrative responsibility.

15.) That the Administration allowed two weeks to pass following the attacks, along with the degrading of physical evidence before putting the F.B.I. on the ground in Benghazi to investigate, during which time administration officials continued to tell the American people a known lie, that the attacks were not terror related and were not planned and were not organized and were the result of an obscure YouTube video when in fact, it was a highly predictable outcome to official administration policies and decisions.

16.) That DS agents were deployed to cover the Pan American games during the same time frame that Benghazi officials were requesting 5 more agents and denied more than 2 DS agents to protect a 13 acre compound in the middle of Obama¡¦s Middle East meltdown.

17.) That despite administration claims of limited State Department funding, the State Department was operating with the largest budget in history and resources were simply being used for political purposes rather than the safety and security of our foreign diplomats.

18.) That on September 4, 2012, a final plea for immediate additional security at Benghazi was most likely sent to State Secretary Clinton, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Energy, Homeland Security, the F.B.I, the C.I.A., Arab Israel Collective, the Department of Commerce, Africom and the African Union Collective. Benghazi officials had become desperate to get help from somewhere. Stevens was killed seven days later.

19.) That Ambassador Stevens, along with three fellow U.S. officials in Benghazi died a brutal death as a direct result of Obama administration policies and decisions and that the administration continues a cover up effort even today.

The cables used to evidence these facts include more than a hundred pages of cable communications between Benghazi and Obama Administration officials. These cables demonstrate that there was no confusion over what was happening in Libya leading up to and including the attacks of September 2012, and no fog of war concerning the nature of the attacks that Benghazi officials had tried for months to warn the Obama administration about.

All involved Obama officials well aware that the events of September 2012 were organized and planned, terrorist assaults on U.S. Embassies in Benghazi and beyond, having nothing whatsoever to do with an obscure YouTube video. Still, alleged misrepresentation continued from Obama administration officials.

The Washington Times is reporting that Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the 55-year-old filmmaker
responsible for the anti-Muslim video that President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice initially and wrongly blamed for inciting the deadly terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, is still being held at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) without bond.

Despite recent acknowledgements by the Obama administration, that the YouTube film had little or nothing to do with September 2012 events, the filmmaker was sentenced to a year in jail.

Overview and Conclusions

They Knew About Benghazi and the Murder of Ambassador Stevens – They Had to Have Known

In final analysis of the cables between Benghazi and Obama administration officials, one can safely conclude that the events of September 11, 2012 were entirely predictable and avoidable.

The Obama administration acted beyond its authority, without congressional advice or consent and in violation of the War Powers Act, in unilaterally attacking the foreign sovereign nation of Libya and deposing the Libyan government without any provocation.

In doing so, they destabilized an entire region of the world known as a hotbed of terrorists organizations and anti-Western sentiment, elevating known terror organization the Muslim Brotherhood’s control of numerous Middle Eastern states, interrupting economic, energy and agricultural supply lines igniting unrest across the region.

The Obama administration left our foreign embassies unguarded as sitting ducks as repeated reports of increasing violence and threat poured in over and over again, from across the Middle East and in particular, Benghazi.

In the end, the Obama administration appears as the worlds greatest supporter of Islamic Terror operations, toppling sovereign governments in Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon and Pakistan. The region is hot with numerous terror organizations and Al Qaeda in particular has reconstituted full operations in all of these states and beyond.

Dedicated officials in Benghazi had gone out of their way for twelve months, especially during the weeks leading up to the attacks, to advise Obama officials of increased destabilization in the region, resulting in increasing organized terror threats to U.S. interests in Libya and beyond.

Obama officials had advance knowledge that terror attacks were imminent because several attacks had previously been enacted and did little or nothing to protect American diplomats and employees. Obama administration officials failed to properly respond to those reports of increased threat by increasing location security or by removing U.S. officials from danger.

The death and destruction was entirely avoidable. There appears to be no failure of intelligence or on the ground reporting. There was no fog of war in trying to understand the events of September 2012, after months of warnings from Benghazi officials.

Further, the administration was fully aware of the true nature of these attacks and chose to mislead the American people by advancing a cover story regarding an obscure YouTube film, while failing to put F.B.I. investigators on the ground for two weeks following the attacks.

The Obama administration has arrested and jailed the YouTube filmmaker without apparent just cause and continues to silence the filmmaker. Administration officials remain on-record repeating false statements regarding these events as of today.

The cables at the center of this brief provide evidence of massive incompetence at a minimum.

They may in fact evidence criminal wrong-doing that could rise to the level violating American interests here and abroad.

This summary brief was prepared for the sole purpose of making public, the truth about President Obama’s Foreign Policy and decision making and the deadly consequences that followed in Benghazi.

Readers of this summary are encouraged to read the subject cables and draw their own conclusions.

This is not how America should do business around the world.

On the same day that Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano announced that she will travel to San Francisco and Los Angeles, Calif., on Friday to meet with technology and business leaders to discuss the need for commonsense immigration reform, a report was released on Thursday that revealed hundreds of criminal aliens were surreptitiously released from detention.

According to officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), hundreds of illegal aliens with criminal records for offenses committed in the U.S. were secretly released earlier this year with the rationale that the Obama DHS is preparing to cut ICE’s budget, according to ICE data released on Thursday in the midst of three scandals that were “sucking up the oxygen” in most newsrooms.

The ICE data reveals that Secretary Napolitano’s claim that the releases involved detainees who committed non-violent crimes is just not accurate, said former NYPD detective Manuel Ortega-Sanchez.

According to Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., ICE released the figures to him only after officials there were threatened with subpoenas and other legal action.

According to ICE, 2,226 detainees were released in Februrary and more than 620 of them had criminal convictions.

A statement from Sen. McCain’s and Sen. Carl Levin, D-MI, said that at lease 32 of illegal aliens released had committed multiple felonies. McCain reported that ICE agents captured 24 of those released after realizing the severity of their criminal offenses.

At the time, Homeland Security Department officials said the decision was made in order to stay within budget. Those detainees released were still said to face deportation and be under supervision. But administration officials downplayed the threat they might pose after leaving the local immigration jails.

In late February, Obama’s Press Secretary Jay Carney made a statement that turns out to be untrue: “As ICE made clear, the agency released these low-risk, non-criminal detainees under a less expensive form of monitoring to ensure detention levels stayed within ICE’s overall budget.”

“Carney has always been truth-challenged in his capacity as President Obama’s mouthpiece. The man should be ashamed of himself,” said Det. Ortega-Sanchez.

The offenses committed by the released criminal aliens includes driving under the influence, menacing, and vandalism of private property. Others were convicted of illegal possess of a firearm, possession of drugs with the intent to sell, burglary, robbery and grand larceny.

All through George W. Bush’s two terms, the Democrats led by Nancy Pelosi and others claimed that they represented “a culture of corruption” and yet I cannot recall any significant examples, nor does a look back at those years reveal any scandals resulting from his administration’s governance. It was not perfect, but it was not corrupt.

This term, however, marked Barack Obama’s first term and now his second which is currently imploding from a confluence of scandals involving Benghazi-Gate, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Justice. Let’s not forget “Fast and Furious.”

The very first example of the changes that would mark his administration was the announcement of Obama’s “czars”, a shadowy group of advisors whose power to set and influence government policy without any congressional oversight appears to have transcended that of his cabinet members, many of whom would contribute to lengthening the recession he “inherited” as the result of the 2008 financial crisis while increasing the national debt and deficit to heights never before seen in the history of the nation.

What we have come to learn in his first term was that Obama had scant regard for the Constitution, the guiding instrument of governance. It was in his view an “imperfect” instrument and yet, with amendments, it has guided the nation to superpower status since its ratification in 1791, a process that took four years from the 1786 Annapolis Convention that called for a Constitutional Convention.

What we learned through is first campaign and first term was that Obama lies about everything, starting with his personal life. What we have learned is that his answer to everything is to give another speech, hold another press conference, issue another executive order, and to dismiss any criticism as “a sideshow”, and to host a number of dinners to give the impression he is willing to work with Republicans in Congress. In truth, he rarely interacted even with Democrats in Congress.

In short, Obama has never addressed his duty to govern. He has instead maintained a non-stop process of campaigning and fund-raising.

It did not work in 2010 when voters returned power to the Republicans in the House and now he is doing everything he can to regain Democrat control there in 2014.

His priority on September 11, 2012, the night in which he was informed of the attack on the Benghazi consulate in Libya, was to go to bed in order to get a good night’s sleep before flying off to Las Vegas for more fund-raising the next day, skipping his daily intelligence briefing. An American ambassador had been killed along with three other personnel, but it did not alter his schedule.

This is a President who spent his entire first term blaming his predecessor, George W. Bush, for every problem that crossed his desk and demanded his attention.

This is a President whose foreign policy in the Middle East failed to address events there while delegating responsibility to his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton who as of 2 AM the morning of September 12^th knew that it was an orchestrated attack by al Qaeda. And then, in concert with the White House, told Americans that it was the result of a video and was a “spontaneous” event.

This is a President who has withdrawn U.S. troops from Iraq, a nation now wracked with daily bombings and has set in process the withdrawal from Afghanistan, a nation that will fall once again under the control of the Taliban. The alleged ally of America, Pakistan, now fears for its stability from the same threat. Both wars, the longest since the Vietnam War, were and remain unpopular, but both were intended to reduce the role of al Qaeda in the Middle East. That role has now expanded into the Syrian civil war and was manifest in Mali.

His response was to depend on isolated drone attacks in Yemen and elsewhere, and of course his authorization of the assassination of Osama bin Laden for which he took total credit despite the fact that the effort had begun in the Bush years.

In the years prior to Benghazi-Gate we have now learned that Obama was using the Internal Revenue Service to harass organizations associated with the Tea Party movement, that identified themselves as “patriots”, or had a pro-Israel agenda. In a similar fashion his Environmental Protection Agency was denying Freedom of Information inquires to organizations opposed to its policies while granting access to those who supported it.

In his first term, his Department of the Interior pursued policies that denied access to drilling for oil and natural gas on federally owned lands and while his Department of Energy wasted billions on “renewable energy” companies manufacturing solar panels no one wanted to purchase, going bankrupt one after another. At one point the President advocated using algae—pond scum—as a source of energy.

This is a President who promised his “stimulus” program would put Americans back to work and revive the economy.

This is a President who has continued to tell Americans that global warming is the greatest threat to the nation and the world despite a sixteen-year cooling cycle in progress.

The current scandals, derided as being “politicized” by Republicans, suggest that impeachable offenses have been authorized and committed by branches of the administration he leads. The current makeup of Congress in which the Senate is still controlled by Democrats suggests that impeachment would be difficult to pursue, but the 2014 midterm elections could and should change that.

The worst of his offenses is Obamacare, described by members of his own party as “a train wreck”, and a program to be administered by the IRS!

It is not hyperbole to say Barack Obama is the worst President in the history of the nation.

• Ask the millions of Americans who are still unemployed more than four years since his first inauguration.
• Ask the millions of new graduates from colleges and universities who cannot find jobs commensurate with their degrees.
• Ask the millions of Americans unable to retire due to the agonizingly slow recovery of the economy.
• And ask the mainstream media, after years of ignoring his failures have suddenly awakened to the seizure of Associated Press phone records after acting as mere stenographers for his daily “talking points.”

The question is how long before he is either impeached or forced to resign as the dream of “hope and change” has turned to hopelessness and the change has become the “transformation” of America from the greatest economy the world has ever known to a debtor nation disrespected by allies and enemies alike.

IRS scandal increases concerns over Obamacare management, says Senator by Jim Kouri

As the IRS scandal metastasizes, Senator Tom Coburn, R-Okla., appearing on Your World with Neil Cavuto on the Fox News Channel on Wednesday afternoon told the show’s audience that he and other Republicans have serious reservations about the Internal Revenue Service managing Obamacare.

Sen. Coburn told Cavuto that hearings in both houses of the U.S. Congress must probe the reliability of the IRS to manage a program that’s one-sixth of the U.S. economy and that will make decisions on something as important as citizens’ health care.

“President Obama and his minions may believe the Benghazi hearings are a ‘sideshow,’ but the real sideshow in the IRS scandal is the prospect of having thousands of agents controlling America’s health care system. How can they be trusted? Should they be trusted?” asked attorney and political consultant Mike Baker.

According to the director of the IRS’ department overseeing tax-exempt organizations, Lois Lerner, employees at an IRS office in Ohio began a probe of organizations using the terms “patriot” or “Tea Party.” IRS agents conducted politically-motivated reviews during the 2012 elections, including the presidential race, to see if conservative groups applying for 501(c) 3 status were in violation of tax-exempt regulations

As time passed, the IRS activities became a scandal on the level of Benghazi and Fast and Furious, two episodes that continue to cast a shadow over the Obama White House.

President Barack Obama’s health care law, although thousands of pages, was hastily created and frantically pushed through the House and Senate by Democratic majorities before many even had a chance to read its contents, according to Baker.

“That law is now being implemented—and has raised serious concerns about big government intrusion into American’s private lives,” said Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

The Committee examined how the IRS is implementing the Affordable Health Care Act, a/k/a Obamacare, and the consequences for Americans. The Oversight Committee addressed concerns about the “big brother process” it will create, the legality of rules it will enforce and the sacrosanct privacy of personal information once held only by the IRS but now share with state exchanges.

The lawmakers also reviewed the biggest spending item within Obamacare – its complicated subsidy scheme and the assessment of the challenges the IRS faces with implementation.

“Under Obamacare, taxpayers will have to provide within 30 days, notification to a government agency about key information in their lives: did they get a raise or take another job; did a family member move into the household; were they married or divorced; what is the nature of their employer-paid health care coverage. The IRS is ill equipped to deliver customer satisfaction in addressing disputes or questions with the public, according to key metrics and government surveys. The IRS is also ill equipped to handle the massive staffing and technology ramp-ups required to handle this data,” Chairman Issa told his committee.

According to Issa, under Obamacare, taxpayers will have to provide within 30 days, notification to a government agency about key information in their lives: did they get a raise or take another job; did a family member move into the household; were they married or divorced; what is the nature of their employer-paid health care coverage.

“The IRS is ill equipped to deliver customer satisfaction in addressing disputes or questions with the public, according to key metrics and government surveys. The IRS is also ill equipped to handle the massive staffing and technology ramp-ups required to handle this data,” said Issa.

The IRS executives are witnessing the largest manpower expansion — at least since withholding taxes were first introduced by President Franklin D. Roosevelt during World War II — to enforce the new tax mandates and penalties included in the health care law, according to Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas.

According to an analysis by the Joint Economic Committee and the House Ways & Means Committee staff, up to 6,500 new IRS personnel will be necessary to collect, examine and audit new tax information mandated on families and small businesses as a result of the Affordable Care Act.

“When most people think of health care reform they think of more doctor’s exams, not more IRS exams,” said Congressman Brady, a top House Republican on the Joint Economic Committee.

“Isn’t the federal government already intruding enough into our lives? We need thousands of new doctors and nurses in America, not thousands of more IRS agents.”
