A Natural Born Citizen is a second or greater generational citizen by birth right.

None of the Founding Fathers were Natural Born Citizens (NBC) as they all became first generational citizens the moment they created our nation.

As a result, they had to exclude themselves from the NBC requirements or none of them could have held the office of President.

So a question arises – Is Mitt Romney an NBC?

According to available records, his grandfather was a legal citizen of the United States and became an inhabitant of Mexico long before Mitt’s birth.

Mitt’s father was born in Mexico and was the natural offspring of a legal US citizen living in Mexico. Remember that soil generally changes nothing. According to evidence available at present, Mitt’s dad was born a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, even though his parents were inhabitants of Mexico at the time.

Mitt’s father, George,  later returned to the United States and became Governor of Michigan, something a non-citizen would not be able to do. Mitt was born in Michigan and was the natural offspring of a legal citizen, making Mitt a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America at birth.

John McCain and Mitt Romney both pass the NBC test according to Vattel and The Law of Nations.

However, Marco Rubio, Obama, Bobby Jindal and others do not pass the smell test.

Every member of the U.S. Supreme Court knows the legal definition referenced in this column, as does every member of the U.S. Senate, most members of the House and almost every judge in the country.

There is tangible evidence of a concentrated effort to redefine hisorical terms to mean any citizen, protecting all who remain involved in the greatest electoral fraud and scandal ever perpetrated on any society.

If Senator Marco Rubio or Governor Jindal truly wanted for themselves the title of American Son, they could appropriately pronounce their ineligiblity for the offices of President and Vice President using an explanation of the law as intended.

That explanation would immediately turn the focus on Barack Hussein Obama and promote a defeat against Obama’s international assault on the United States of America.

If Rubio and Jindal acknowledged ineligibility, they would model themself as exactly what Tea Party supporters had hoped for and knot up an opposition victory to Obama in November.
