Native Americans jailed 16 years; a crime they didn’t commit
Free Feather, Hubbeling, Rouse – Sign the Petition Now !
Two brothers, Jesse and Desmond Rouse, their cousins Garfield Feather and Russell Hubbeling are native red men who were wrongfully convicted in 1994 of sexually assaulting their nieces. They have been imprisoned separately since then in diverse federal prisons nationwide as a result of a court order.
The separation order was designed to disable the men from planning appeals. Nevertheless, given that the trial, in fact the entire criminal process, had been so rigged, the men won their first appeal and the case was remanded for a new trial.
Not wanting to ruin their personal career prospects, the assistant U.S. attorneys appealed the reversal of the convictions and a divided appellate panel overturned itself. The men never got their new trial. The prosecution had feared that the men would sue the wrongdoers if they were released.
Please help restore due process and equal protection and free these four wrongfully wounded warriors.

editors note: I have read an opinion of the circumstances surrounding this case at www.religioustolerance.org and conclude that this is abuse in the justice system.
I have signed the petition that was recently released and am the #100th signatory. I hope you will consider signing it also. I have personally been involved in exposure to this case for about 6 months and suppport the initiatives that are being expended for this case.
The bottom line is that the evidence seemed to fabricated by design for a prosecution.
